Jiangsu Huaxin New Material Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Huaxin”) is a leading manufacturer of functional films in China. Huaxin mainly provides customized smart card substrates for worldwide smart card manufacturers, as well as provides materials for furniture decoration and optical industries. Huaxin mainly produces five series of materials: PETG, PVC, ABS, PC and PLA. Among them, Huaxin’s PETG films has been appointed as the special material for China's national ID card by the Ministry of Public Security of the P.R.China since the year of 2004.
